The lawn at the Ritz-Carlton Members Beach Club was the setting for this tropical themed ceremony. The bride and groom chose bright, vibrant colors to enhance the sophisticated, sun-drenched beach feel of this location.
The bride selected a lovely cascade style bouquet of ivory Asiatic lilies, white mini calla lilies and white dendrobium orchids. Her attendants wore knee length J Crew dresses in soft coral which were perfectly complimented by bouquets of tangerine Asiatic lilies, coral Marlyse roses and hot pink and yellow gerbera daisies designed by the Debbie Bock, manager and head of design production at Flowers by Fudgie.
After exchanging vows under a bamboo canopy flanked by lush baskets of tropical foliage, birds of paradise, tangerine Asiatic lilies and hot pink dendrobium orchids, the couple accompanied their guests to the Sunset Terrace for cocktails. Dinner was served in the Grill Room where tables were decorated with arrangements of hot pink, yellow and orange colored flowers in glass cubes – just the “pop” of color needed to continue the tropical theme inside. Glass cylinder vases with a touch of seashells and orange orchids florets topped with floating candles completed the look.
