Have you ever dreamed of a beach wedding? Many couples do! Well this couple not only dreamed it, but lived it! And Flowers by Fudgie was there to help make this beautiful couple’s beach destination wedding a reality! The wedding took place at the gorgeous Lido Beach Resort in sunny Sarasota, FL.
Anna Pohl of Day Planners, and Kimberly Dyer of Kimberly Dyer Photography were also part of the dream team as they helped bring this vision to pass! Brides adore Anna as she aptly pulls all the details together to allow the bride to really enjoy her day. And Kimberly’s stunning photography speaks for itself! And the wedding flowers by Flowers by Fudgie were like no other, if we say so ourselves!
Our beautiful bride loved pink lilies with their pleasing fragrance so we chose the deeper pink Starfighter variety to make up her stunning bridal bouquet. We also added orchids and stephanotis to the bouquet with the added touch of a crystal in the center of each flower! The bouquet was breathtaking!
For the ceremony, we used a bamboo canopy and the aisle was lined with shepherd hooks filled with lilies and scattered hot pink roses to make it come alive with color and flair! The bride was an absolute vision as she carried her bouquet and walked to her husband- to- be on the beach!
And the reception was amazing as well! It was held under a tent on the resort’s beach property. Fun and unique lighting brought the party to life and highlighted the dazzling table centerpieces of tall silver Manzanita branches and trailing purple orchids and hanging shining votives. The base of the centerpiece was accented with pink lilies and orchids to give a pop and splash of color to each table.
And the three food tables were resplendent with tall cylinders with submerged cymbidium orchids on top of a light tray to add a nice soft glow to each table.
Our bride was absolutely thrilled with everything and saw her dream beach wedding come to life before her very eyes! And Flowers by Fudgie was equally thrilled to be part of this spectacular day!
