People travel from all over the world to visit the pristine beach on Siesta Key. A more beautiful place to get married is hard to find. This couple agreed with that sentiment and traveled here from Ohio to exchange vows with their toes in the sand.
The bride chose to carry a clean, tight bouquet of all white Oriental lilies. Attendants carried hand tied bouquets of hydrangea, white fuji mums, green dendrobium orchids and white and purple bicolor lisianthus.
The beach ceremony was followed by a tropical casual reception at the Sun Garden Cafe in Siesta Key Village. Table centerpieces were a mix of styles. Some carried the beach theme with large cubes filled with sand, shells and starfish with green Fujis mums and purple dendrobium orchids with grasses while others were mounds of beautiful purple hydrangea. All the tables were completed with floating candles in cylinder vases with teal gems in the bottom to add more tropical color to the tables.
Sun Garden Cafe provided wonderful fare and everyone’s sweet tooth was satisfied with delicious cupcakes by Lyndsay at Pastry by Design. What fun it is to help a couple plan a tropical Florida wedding!
