The Powel Crosley Estate was very popular this year for weddings. And for a good reason, too…it is simply beautiful! It makes the perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding like this one that featured gorgeous blush tones with accents of gold.
The bridal bouquet was the popular garden look made up white O’Hara roses, blush roses, and freesia—stunning! And it complemented the bride’s gorgeous gown beautifully! The bridesmaids’ bouquets continued the garden look with hydrangea and ragazzi blush roses.
The ceremony itself was on the lawn facing the water. We designed a lovely arch to be used for the ceremony which featured a chandelier provided by Affairs in the Air and large floral balls of blush and cream roses with phalaenopsis orchids draping from them. It was the perfect touch for this ceremony!
This lucky couple had the perfect weather day—not too hot and not too cold with a picture-perfect view! This went spectacularly with the cocktails that were held in the gazebo and the reception held in a tent on the lawn.
The head table was a sight to behold: it was a feasting table designed with elevated gold candelabras, candles on golden pillars, and many small flower centerpieces in golden mercury glass vases. It also included the bridesmaids’ bouquets that were placed in gold vases, so they got a little double duty which we love to do for our brides!
The heavenly blush flowers continued as they were found on the wedding cake, in large arrangements at the back of the ceremony aisle, and many more places throughout the wedding and reception!
It is always a thrill to work with great vendors and the following vendors made this day simply unforgettable…
