This incredible wedding took place at the ever beautiful Marie Selby Gardens. The two wonderful grooms were married under the Oak Tree on the Bay at Selby Gardens under a gorgeous canopy of lights created by Affairs in the Air.
The reception was held in the spacious ballroom at Selby Gardens. The couple desired an elegant black and gold-themed aesthetic with a “sexy & masculine” feel and it was certainly achieved.
The grooms wore thistle with Silver Brunia Berries and Gold Seeded Eucalyptus Berries. These boutonnieres were striking and unique. The bridesmaids’ bouquet had more of an organic, natural feel with gold accents in greens and berries These bouquets included Protea, Veronica, Anemones with black centers, Scabosia, & interesting greens with touches of gold—dramatic and elegant!
So Staged, an event design and rental company, set up designated areas with furniture and Affairs in the Air accented over head with fabulous black crystals, lighting, and draping. We added gold terrariums and cylinders with gold bases and flowers on coffee tables and end tables in these groupings and on the hi top tables and the end of the bar which was provided by So staged also.
There were smaller and larger tables with groupings of flowers which included Protea, Scabosia, and Veronica plus interesting greenery with touches of gold. Candles filled the room with a warm golden glow and created incredible ambiance.
