This Sarasota destination wedding was planned exclusively through emails and photo consultations between the bride and Flowers by Fudgie’s designers! The wedding was planned for the lawn area at the Sarasota Ritz Carlton Members Beach Club on Lido Key with a candlelight reception in the Grill Room.
The bride chose all white and cream tones for her wedding flowers with the only bit of color being fuchsia orchids to give a pop of color at the ceremony site.
The photos were taken by Tibor Imley of Imely Photography and, as usual, he did a fantastic job capturing the ambiance of the day’s events. The bride chose a simple, hand-tied cluster of roses for herself, bridesmaid, junior bridesmaid and even the moms.
The lattice arch was trimmed with sheer ivory organza, white lilies and Bombay orchids. Two beautiful urns greeted the guests at the back of the aisle and two additional urns stood on two-foot columns, flanking the sides of the arch. The Bombay orchids also brought a touch of color to the chairs at the aisle end of each row.
For the reception at the Ritz Carlton, the bride chose a set of three pedestal candle holders with floating candles. Each had a bit of brushed gold, surrounded by white hydrangea, roses and orchids with touches of gold lemon leaves. The floral pieces looked lovely on the linens selected by the Ritz with almost an iridescent look to them.
