Our creative bride had many wonderful ideas in transforming the Sarasota Garden Club into a very chic and trendy place for her wedding and cocktail party reception catered by Sarasota Catering Company. Cari McDowell was the planner from Sarasota Catering Company who worked with the bride and all the other vendors to make this such as beautiful and successful event.
For those familiar with the club, seeing the transformation was incredible! US Tent Rental provided the lounge furniture and the other rental items such as linens. Flowers by Fudgie’s talented designers created topiary styled arrangements of peach carnations and Sahara roses for the larger tables and on the smaller tables, small cubes or glass bowls of flowers were used.
A simple bamboo and fabric arch was used as the backdrop for the ceremony, which was on the terrace. The monogrammed aisle runner led your eye up to the arch with a beautiful background of tropical foliage that framed the couple nicely.
It is always a pleasure to work with a bride who has a vision and it is fun to help her make it a reality and a day that the couple will never forget.
