Who doesn’t dream of a destination wedding at the Ritz Carlton? Oh my! It is such a beautiful place…it never disappoints!
The wedding was at the ever glamorous Ritz Carlton Beach Club Resort on sunny Lido Key, Florida. The ceremony took place under a pretty chuppa which was designed specifically for the lush lawn by the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.
Generous amounts of fresh pink rose petals lined the aisle and a single open pink rose with a green orchid was tied to every other chair end. At the back of the aisle, guests were greeted with large palm frond arrangements in bamboo vases. It was a picture to behold!
The stunning bride carried a simple and elegant bouquet of cream roses—understated beauty! It complimented the bride’s natural gorgeousness!
The reception was in the impeccable Grill Room at the Ritz Member Beach Club. Centerpieces on the tables were made with hydrangea and shades of pink roses with gnarled curly willow and pieces of bougainvillea—so eye-catching!
The cake was a statement of elegance and class. It was done by the new top notch pastry chef at the Ritz and we decorated it with hydrangea and roses—it was a show-stopper!
A true touch of whimsy were the place cards made from sand dollars. They were nested into sand with orchid florets! It was such a fun and novel touch to the day!
