This colorful beach-themed destination wedding at the Ritz Carlton Beach Club in Sarasota was amazing! This lovely couple was married on the “low tides terrace” which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! To say the view was breathtaking would be an understatement!
This couple chose a white backdrop to highlight bright and bold flower choices. Their white ceremony décor, chairs and lattice arch were perfectly matched with deep coral and hot pink roses and green dendrobium orchids. This lovely duo of flowers could be found at each corner of the wedding arch as well starfish accents along the aisle which made for a fitting and memorable touch to the ceremony decor. These vibrant colors popped perfectly against the soothing white background!
The bride herself went for an all-white look. She looked incredible in a custom wedding dress accented with a silver beaded one-shoulder strap and waist detail. Her bouquet was designed with cream hydrangea, White O’Hara garden roses, mini calla lilies and white orchids. The groom wore a white mini calla on his tan suit, selected as a flower from the bride’s bouquet!
In contrast to the wedding couple, the bridesmaids wore strawberry-colored dresses while carrying colorful rose and orchid bouquets to pull all the colors together. This contrasting color palette looked so beautiful throughout the whole day!
The reception was held in The Beach Club Grill. The reception tables looked lovely with gold chiavari chairs, gold chargers, white linens and floral cylinders.
These striking cylinders contained submerged white cymbidium orchids with the smaller arrangements in the bright, eye-catching colors and also lots of floating candles with submerged fuchsia orchids!

Additionally, as this was a destination wedding, the couple asked us to take the flowers to a hospice center which we did the following day— a very kind gesture on the part of the couple.
