Magical. Whimsical. Romantic. Stunning. These are just of the few words to describe this Van Gogh Starry Night- themed wedding with gorgeous midnight blue, champagne, and gold colors. It was breathtakingly beautiful and every detail was lovingly and carefully picked out to help make this the perfect day for this lovely couple!
The happy day was held at the Powel Crosley Museum which only added to the magical theme—the Powel Crosley Estate Museum was the perfect venue for this dreamy wedding!
For the ceremony itself, we used a wedding arch in the entrance to the pavilion with 2 elegant floral sprays which included some blue thistle flowers and gold foliage to bring in elements of the starry night theme.
At the back of the aisle, we used 2 sets of 3 gold lanterns with flowers on top and trailing greenery—it was lovely! And for an added bonus, we repurposed these lanterns later for the reception inside the Crosley on either side of the sweetheart table right in front of the romantic mantle. It was a great look and fit perfectly with the starry night theme.
The bridal bouquet featured white Ohara blush garden roses, cream Playa Blanca garden roses with white spray roses nested into white hydrangea with lots of textures with a pearl band on the handle. This was a sophisticated and pretty look and complemented the bride to a tee! The bridesmaids’ bouquets were all white hydrangea and looked incredible against their midnight blue gowns. The maid of honor had some blue thistle added into hers to make it unique. The groom and groomsmen all wore double spray rose boutonnieres.
For the reception guest tables, gold assorted styles of terrariums were used. These featured small white spray roses, larger roses, golds, greens, and fairy lights. A Starry Night Van Gogh photo was placed on each table with the table number and we added gold votives. This was a gorgeous and unique guest table centerpiece and added a radiant and unique touch to the night.
The wedding cake was a feast for the eyes (and palate!)…it was blue and white with pearls all over it and gold touches. Truly an exquisite creation. This entire day was a phenomenal event and we were honored to have been a part.
And this magical day could not have been possible without the following superb vendors…
