We couldn't be more excited to share this new venue with you and this absolutely stunning wedding! The venue is located on a gorgeous piece of property near Myakka Sate Park in Myakka City, Florida. It is called Heavenly Farms and it's aptly named as it is truly divine!
This venue is perfect for your wedding day, as they have designated spaces for the bride/bridesmaids and groom to get ready. In fact, there is a lovely bridal suite that sits in the center of the farm with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room for the bride and her bridesmaids to enjoy and relax in while getting ready for the day ahead.
There are also many beautiful spots on the property to hold the ceremony. For this amazing wedding, it was held under our natural cedar arch near where the horses are kept, perfect for this equestrian-themed wedding!
The bride wore a simple yet sophisticated gown and held a natural-looking bouquet filled with a wide variety of flowers including protea, blue thistle, purple anemones, peach Juliette garden roses, plum stock flowers, Explorer deep burgundy open roses, deep blue delphinium, scabosia balls and "Ivanhoe" grevillea for greenery. The colors were rich and deep and it looked so beautiful! This mix of flowers was also used throughout the rest of the wedding with the addition of handgun burgundy amaranthus that trailed down the sides of the cedar arch for the ceremony.
The reception was held outside on the sweeping vast lawn with feasting tables that featured flower centerpieces worked down the center with dazzling gold candles. The rich colors of burgundy, blue, plume,and purple with peach accents were used again plus gold rim chargers, pillar candle holders, and votives were added for additional glamour and style. And we can't forget the fabulous cake from Cakes by Ron—the horse on top was a showstopper!
This was a perfect day in a perfect location and we were thrilled to share our lovely work for this wonderful couple.
